The Courtyard Playhouse is Dubai’s home of improv and live theatre.
The Courtyard Playhouse is Dubai’s first and only dedicated improv theatre and training centre, located in Al Quoz. Established in 2013, it offers live improvisational comedy shows, theatre performances, and a wide range of workshops for adults and youth. The Playhouse is known for its interactive, unscripted performances where audience suggestions shape the show in real time. In addition to entertainment, it provides corporate training programs focused on communication, creativity, leadership, and team building. As a vibrant cultural hub, The Courtyard Playhouse supports the local arts community and promotes accessible performing arts experiences in the UAE.
