You have two options. The easiest is to get an ISIC card at your school. If your school doesn’t provide ISIC cards, order one online effortlessly.

Anyone who legally holds student status can obtain an ISIC Student ID, specifically:
- Students at universities, higher vocational schools, and secondary schools.
- Participants in one-year foreign language courses with full-time instruction.
- The ISIC Student ID is exclusively for active, enrolled students.
If you are not currently a student, you are not eligible for an ISIC Student ID. - If you are under 35 and not a student, you may be eligible for the International Youth Travel Card (IYTC), which offers similar benefits. [Learn more here]
Many schools issue ISIC as an official student chip card with an ISIC license. If your school does not provide ISIC, you can order a single-issued ISIC card online.
To order a single-issued ISIC online, you will need:
- A photo suitable for an ID card.
- Proof of identity (ID card, driver’s license, passport) and proof of identity of a legal guardian if the student is under 18 years old.
- Student status confirmation. Provide your student ID, enrollment letter, or other official proof of current enrollment.
The official distribution price of ISIC card (ordered online) is 120 AED for a digital card.
Your ISIC Student ID is valid for 12 months, giving you access to all ISIC student benefits. Once it expires, you can easily request a new card through our online ordering application.
What to do when your ISIC card is about to expire?
- Single-issued ISIC card: If you ordered your ISIC online, you can simply request a new one.
- School-issued ISIC: If your ISIC was issued by your school, you can renew it annually. Renewal processes vary by school, so check directly with them. The updated validity will be visible in the Alive App.
- Bank-Issued ISIC Student ID Cards
If your ISIC card was issued through a bank, please contact your banking provider to renew your ISIC Student ID.
