Summary of Terms for Buying and Using Your ID

Who issues the ID

  • IDs are issued and sold by GTS Alive ME DMCC (“GTS Alive”).

  • The Alive App is operated by GTS Alive Group s.r.o., Prague, Czech Republic.

What you’re buying

  • The ID is mainly a digital ID card.
  • To use your ID, you must download the Alive App and create an Alive Profile.
  • The ID’s main purpose is identification. Discounts/benefits are optional extras and not guaranteed.

Rules for purchase and use

  • Provide truthful and accurate personal data and prove your identity with a valid document.
  • If you’re under 15, you need a parent’s consent.
  • You may only apply for the ID type that matches your actual student/teacher/youth status.
  • Protect your ID, login details, and device. Report misuse immediately.
  • Notify us if your details change. If your ID status changes (e.g. student graduate), you must buy a new ID.
  • Misuse of your ID or violation of terms may lead to cancellation and claims for damages.

Payments, delivery & cancellation

  • Payment methods, delivery options, and claim rules are set out in our detailed terms.
  • You can withdraw and get a refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, cancellations do not entitle you to a refund.
  • Your ID and the Alive App may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. We may update or remove features without prior notice.

Data protection

  • We process your personal data only as needed to provide the ID or with your consent (e.g. for marketing).
  • Your photo may be stored for up to 5 years to simplify future renewals.
  • You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your data, and to object to marketing.
  • You may withdraw consent at any time.
