Administrator: GTS ALIVE ME DMCC, which is a private company limited by shares. Registered in the United Arab Emirates, registered office: DMCC Business Centre, Unit No: 3928, Jewellery & Gemplex 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, exclusive owner of the License rights to distribute cards of the ISIC Association for the GCC territory, namely Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia (“Administrator”).
Purpose: Based on this application, the Administrator is authorized to process my personal data to the extent stated below for the purposes of registration, verification, use of ISIC, ITIC and IYTC card as well as , i.e. Issue and use of the Identity Card under the terms and conditions stipulated at the Website, keeping a record of the Identity Card holders, their verification and control (i.e. Verification of the status of the pupil/student/teaching staff, which is the condition for utilization of the discounts and benefits and verification of eligibility to utilize such discounts/benefits). By registering to MyISIC profile, I am interested in participating in ISIC events and competitions, and I want to receive personalized offers, the Administrator is authorized to use my personal data to the same extent for the purpose of market research, and send me the business conveyances and offers of partners regarding benefits and discounts and special promotions, including messages through electronic means. I agree that the Administrator can send me only such offers which are of interest to me; the Administrator shall perform continuous evaluation and update of my personal data including information about my use of the Identity Card at the business partners of the Administrator and my preferences ascertained when using the Website.
Scope of the personal data: The data entered in this profile registration, Identity Card serial number, Identity Card validity, Identity Card usage information including utilization of benefits/discounts and any other data provided by me (“Data”). Processing time: The Administrator processes my Data for the purposes of obtaining personalized offers and market research for an indeterminate period or, respectively, until revoking of my consent.
Advice: I acknowledge that I have rights in connection with processing of Data as stated in detail at the Website. I especially declare that I am aware of my right to object at any time to processing of Data for direct marketing purposes including related profiling. Provision of Data is voluntary but necessary for the purpose of realization of the order. Receipt of personalized offers is voluntary and I can cancel it at any time.
