These terms and conditions apply to the purchase through an online ordering application for the dispensing of ISIC, IYTC or ITIC cards (hereinafter “goods" or “Product"), operated by GTS ALIVE, which is a private company limited by shares. Company is registered and licensed as a free zone company under the rules and regulations of DMCC:

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, then you may not use the site.
All contractual relationships between the Promoter and the customer (hereinafter “Card Applicant") are made in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates.
I. Contract of purchase
The purchase contract, which is realized through the sale of goods, confirmation is closed for online orders dispensing selected ISIC Association Card (ISIC, ITIC, IYTC). A confirmation is sent by electronic order form by sending a control email delivered to a specified email address.
And confirmation of the order granting permission to these business conditions gives the Card Applicant’s consent to their contents.
II. Conditions for issuing ISIC cards
Eligibility is defined by international rules for supplying ISIC, ITIC and IYTC ID cards set by the ISIC Association. The Card Applicant hereby declares that they satisfy the conditions for issuing cards ordered, as specified in these general terms and conditions.
Card Ordering
Card Applicant eligibility constitutes meeting the following conditions:
In the case of an ISIC application
That the student is a student in full-time education at an educational institution recognised by the Ministry of Education of the United Arab Emirates.
In the case of an IYTC application
That the applicant is no more than 34 years of age when submitting their application.
The last possible day of application for the IYTC card is the 35st birthday.
In the case of an ITIC application
That the teacher is in full-time employment (defined as no less than 15 contact hours per week) at an educational institution recognised by the Ministry of Education of the United Arab Emirates
Validity
ISIC Validity: up to 16 months (always from September until the following calendar year), for example: 09/2009 – 12/2010
IYTC Validity: 12 months from the date of issue
ITIC Validity: up to 16 months (always from September until the following calendar year), for example: 09/2009 – 12/2010
In the case of minors, an identification document certifying the age of the Student (ID / passport – proof of age of the applicant’s legal representative) which is part of the application form on the ISIC, is required. Any photograph or scan of an identification document must be legible.
Documentation must contain all required elements: card applicants name and surname, date of birth and address, in addition to the proof of eligibility requirements
Checking entitlement to ISIC cards:
Seller reserves the right to control the application of the applicant ordering the card in accordance with the conditions set forth in this Section II.
If on review of entitlement to any card the Seller detects irregularities and inconsistencies between the order and documented evidence, or inconsistencies with the card applicants status the Seller reserves the right to refuse any card application.
In the event that the card applicant provides misleading, false or otherwise contradictory information that could lead to an unauthorized card, the seller is entitled to reimbursement of the costs associated with processing of orders.
III. Procedure for online ordering cards
The applicant:
– Fills in their full name, mailing address, date of birth, email address and contact telephone or mobile number.
– Uploads a scanned identification document certifying the provided personal details – ID / passport – proof of age
– Inserts scanned photos (max size 1000 KB).
– To verify that the order has been completed the applicant must agree to the Terms and respond to one or two screening questions, which are used for internal research into the cards.
– Additionally, if ISIC: Applicant upload a scanned document of full time student status (Letter or…)’
– Additionally, if ITIC: Applicant upload a scanned letter from their place of work to confirm that they are a teacher in full-time employment.
Applicants must check and confirm the electronic form has been completed correctly. Based on this confirmation the applicant receives an automatically generated email (sent to the contact email address as stated by the applicant) which requires the applicant to reconfirm the order. By clicking on the link provided the applicant will receive an additional email confirming that their order is complete.
IV. Order cancellation, withdrawal
Confirmed orders can be cancelled before dispatch by sending an e-mail address to info@studentcard.ae (for order cancellation, please provide your name, order number, date of birth). Customer who cancel their order prior personalisation of card/ dispatch of virtual card, will receive full refund within 5 working days as per the payment method used
V. Conditions of delivery
Correctly ordered Card will be sent to the student within 14 working days from the date of confirmation of application. The seller is responsible for the goods until its takeover by the Student.
The Customer is obliged to sign by hand the card sent to the designated signature field on the back of the card.
The Customer is not charged 30 AED for delivery cards (e.g. postage). Delivery will follow via ARAMEX to an address provided by the Customer.
VI. Payment Terms
The current purchase price for ISIC, IYTC and ITIC virtual ID cards is 120 AED. Payment can be completed using the available payment options within the ISIC application form.
In case of selecting Bank Transfer as a payment option, license fee of 130AED shall be transferred to following bank account, using the order number received by email.

Applicant might deposit the license fee of 130 AED to the bank account directly via ADIB bank ATM machines.
In this case, please provide us with the scan/photo of the receipt confirmation by email, sent to: info@studentcard.ae stating your full name.
Applicants must ensure they have correctly completed all the sections of the online application form. In the case of an error being made, and then transferred to your printed card – an administrative fee of 20 AED will be charged to cover the additional costs incurred in printing an additional card for you.
VII. Warranty and Claims
The warranty begins on the day the cardholder receives the product. The card is warranted for the duration of the expiry printed on the ISIC card. The seller is responsible for all product defects, on receipt by the cardholder or that appear during the warranty period. Not for the defects caused by rough handling or mechanical damage. A complaint can be exercised only in writing by sending an email to the above-mentioned contact address of the seller. Complaint Protocol (confirmation that the buyer the right to apply the contents of the claim, what manner of handling complaints and requests student term settlement claims) is to the student by e-mail immediately after receipt of the complaint.
Claims, including defects, will be resolved without delay, within 30 calendar days from the date of claim, unless the seller and the student otherwise agree.
VIII. Consent to the processing of personal data and sending commercial communications by e-mail:
I hereby give consent, to the processing of my personal data to the extent specified in the order form and in a scanned copy of the request for a license, including photographs and copies of ID card or other identification card, for verification purposes (i.e. age verification on the applicant’s license to 35 years of age or status of both a pupil or teacher in any case , which is a prerequisite for drawing discounts and benefits), for the purpose of carrying out orders and delivery of cards ordered, orders for archival purposes, and for accounting, audit, business and marketing purposes within the business and also for providing such personal data to third parties cooperating providing discounts or benefits to holders of ISIC certificates, or otherwise cooperating with the authorities to provide such discounts or benefits, for verification, registration, inspection, sales and marketing purposes associated with the provision of discounts and benefits, holders of ISIC certificates, or for the purpose of monitoring compliance with conditions of cooperation between administrations and third parties in connection with the provision of discounts and benefits, holders of ISIC certificates, all on the duration of the purpose of processing personal data , i.e. for an indefinite period, including the period after the expiry of the ISIC license. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by written notification to the manager.
Further to impart consent to certain Information Society Services, as amended, administrators to the use of my e-mail addresses for sending commercial communications relating to the business manager or third parties, and especially business communications relating to benefits and discounts for ISIC card holders, for cultural and promotional events organized to promote the use of these cards, offers from organizations cooperating with the authorities designated for holders of these cards (mobile operators, banks, discounts and benefits, etc.) . Permission to send commercial messages may be withdrawn at any time by written notification to the manager.
I understand and agree that my personal data in the above-mentioned range, for the purpose above and beyond the above mentioned period can be processed by an authorized staff manager, possibly through the above cooperating third parties or external contractors processors, the current list is always published on the Administrator website, and that my personal data will be centrally processed for the above verification purposes by ISIC Association, headquartered Store Kongensgade 40H, DK1264 Copenhagen K, Denmark, and business address Keizersgracht 174-176, 1016 DW Amsterdam, The Netherlands, providing benefits and discounts for students, teachers and youth, and this purpose is disseminated and made accessible to third parties in countries with different legal regime of protection of personal data.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
1. “Personal Data" is any data that identifies you. The Personal Data which you supply to us you agree will be true; we will deal with your Personal Data in compliance with the current United Arab Emirates data protection legislation. Please note this applies only to GTS ALIVE not to other companies’ or organisations’ websites to which we may link.
2. Personal Data will be collected, processed and used by the Promoter for the purposes of providing the ISIC service to you and the other purposes mentioned below. Personal Data may also be processed and used by such other organisations on our behalf for the purpose of providing the ISIC service to you. The use of information will remain under the control of the Promoter at all times.
3. We only send email and text messages to you about news services that we consider may be of interest to you, only if you have given us permission to do so.
4. We may collect Personal Data about your usage of the ISIC service in order to provide a service to meet your needs. However, the data will only be disclosed on an anonymous and aggregated basis not in a way in which you will be identified.
IX. Final Provisions
The applicants order after its confirmation performs the function of the purchase agreement entered into between the applicant and the Seller and is filed for purposes of compliance and other records. The purchase contract will be made available to the applicant upon request. Different technical steps to conclude the contract are completed in the order process by the applicant and are also described above in Article III. The applicant has the opportunity to detect and correct errors in data entry before submitting the order.
These business conditions are valid from the 9th of September 2015.
